• Taxes included.
• No smoking home. Smoking permitted outside only away from doors and windows.
• Children accepted only by special arrangement.
• We are a pet-free facility.

Cancellation Policies

• 50% deposit secures reservations.
• Payment by cash or certified cheque.
• Deposits are fully refundable up to 7 days before booked date.
• 50% of booking will be charged from 7 days to 48 hours prior to booked date.
• Less than 48 hours or No Shows will be charged the full amount of accommodation booked.
• No refunds for unused days or early departures.
